This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Sekra Employee Hub application ("Application"), operated by Sekra Living LLC ("Sekra," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Sekra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for internal business purposes on behalf of Sekra. Access is restricted to individuals with an active @sekra.com email address who have been granted a role by a Sekra system administrator.
The Application is an internal financial operations tool. Authorized users may use the Application to submit, review, and approve vendor invoices, manage budget data, and initiate payment workflows in connection with Sekra's internal financial processes. The Application connects to third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Mercury Bank on your behalf.
You may not: (a) share your login credentials with any other person; (b) use the Application for any purpose outside of your authorized role; (c) attempt to access data or features beyond your assigned permission level; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application; (e) use the Application to process transactions or data unrelated to Sekra's business operations.
The Application connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online via the Intuit Developer Platform and to Mercury Bank via their API. Your use of these integrations is subject to Intuit's and Mercury's respective terms of service and privacy policies. Sekra is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
All financial data accessed through this Application — including invoice records, budget data, QuickBooks entries, and payment staging information — is confidential business information belonging to Sekra. You agree to handle such data in accordance with Sekra's internal data handling policies and not to disclose it to unauthorized parties.
The Application, including all software, design, content, and workflows, is the property of Sekra Living LLC. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Sekra may revoke your access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or if your employment or engagement with Sekra ends. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sekra does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data transmitted through it will be secure or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sekra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
